Monday Meditations
Mental health is brain health! Mindfulness training has been shown to improve psychological well-being in persons living with memory loss or dementia as well as their caregivers. Mindfulness training may also be helpful for prevention of cognitive loss. Join us during one of our Monday Meditations as we explore mindfulness in brain health together. These events are hosted with support from the DC Department of Health.
