Cooking Demonstrations

Food fuels our minds and our health. Research shows that there are connections between what we eat and risk factors like diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, which are risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. There are also connections between what we eat and neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Learning how to make changes to your diet is one way to lower your future risk of dementia and optimize your brain health.
